Using Clnk
Clnk is a social platform for discovering and reviewing cocktails and bars. You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Your Content
When you post ratings, reviews, or photos on Clnk, you retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display your content within the app and associated services. You agree that your content:
- Is accurate and reflects your genuine experience
- Does not contain offensive, abusive, or illegal material
- Does not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property
- Does not contain spam or commercial solicitations
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. Users can report inappropriate reviews, and our moderation team will review reports promptly. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
Blocking and Reporting
You can block other users and report reviews that you believe violate these terms. Blocked users will not be able to see your profile or interact with your content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Scrape or collect data from the app without permission
- Reverse-engineer or disassemble the app
Bar and Cocktail Information
Information about bars, cocktails, prices, and hours is provided by users and may not always be accurate or up to date. Clnk does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Always verify details directly with the establishment.
Intellectual Property
The Clnk name, logo, and app design are our property. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Disclaimer
Clnk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Clnk encourages responsible drinking. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information in the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clnk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
